This retreat is designed for all women (from age 35 and beyond). You are welcome regardless of your age and your reasons for joining: curiosity, a desire to connect, learning, self-care, or simply experiencing a unique wellness vacation.

A stay for your well-being

Do you feel your body changing, your weight creeping up and lacking the energy you used to have? Maybe you no longer recognize yourself anymore. Do you feel like you're losing control of your well-being?

Each woman will go through a universal and transformative hormonal transition, yet one that is still poorly understood.

Perimenopause, Menopause, Postmenopause

Subtle signs of hormonal transition can begin as early as 35-40 years old: fatigue, sleep problems, difficulty concentrating, anxiety, and more. Let's address this topic together and prepare ourselves to manage this transition effectively.

The symptoms, which can significantly impact women's quality of life, are often underestimated or even considered taboo. We have created these specific retreats on hormonal health for you to discuss it openly and to provide you with valuable information to enhance your well-being.

Activities

The activities offered are slightly different from those in standard retreats. For this themed retreat, the activities are tailored to the well-being of women:

  • Nutrition workshops specifically addressing the needs of Perimenopause and Menopause
  • Chi Nei Tsang abdominal self-massage and acupressure workshop
  • Abdominal and pelvic tonification workshop
  • Nature hiking
  • Hormonal health-focused yoga
  • Zen approach to archery
  • Vegetarian cooking workshops


And lots of sharing.

Program

The program of this retreat is the same as for standard retreats, but with different activities.

Mornings: Group activities.
Afternoons: Rest, spa, massages, and hypnotherapy.
Evenings: Nutrition workshops.

Fasting or Soups

You can opt for water fasting or one of our soup programs: Prolon or Buchinger Wilhelmi .

If you do not want to fast or one of our soup programs, you can simply enjoy our activity program and eat freely in the restaurants of the village.

Duration

All stays last 6 nights, from Sunday evening to Saturday morning.
The 3-night stay is not available for these themed stays.
